Charley Horse Biography
Charley Horse is a 5-piece classic blues/rock group from York, PA, founded in 2021.
The group consists of:
Jeanine Scarpato – electric and acoustic guitar, vocals
Steve Clay – lead electric guitar, vocals
Chris Iverson – keyboards, vocals
Dean Vaccher – bass
Chris McGraw – drums, vocals
Charley Horse performs at venues across south-central Pennsylvania, with a mix of blues, rock and R&B music such as Allman Brothers, Little Feat, Bonnie Raitt, Tedeschi Trucks, and many others. Charley Horse recently participated in a very successful recreation of the 1973 Watkins Glen festival, taking the stage at Mickey’s Black Box for 90 minutes of Allman Brothers material.
